American Flag Cake

10 July 2009. I made this homemade 2-layer pound cake with strawberry buttercream center and cream cheese icing. White buttercream accents and strawberries and blackberriesto represent the flag. I also lined the whole entire bottom with blackberries. Will post more pictures soon. :)

Pikachu Cake

I made this for my little cousin's birthday, February 2009. It was a two layer marble cake with cream cheese icing on the outside and chocolate in between the two layers. It was a hit and delicious! :)
